The Alpha Course 2010
At Bethany we have run 10 adult Alpha courses and 2 Youth Alpha courses over the last 9 years, it is my pleasure to be able to let you know about the start of our next course which you are invited to.
The course will be run by our church and it is FREE to attend.
The course follows a simple and relaxed format - Cuppa when you arrive - watch a 25 minute presentation DVD - Cuppa - discussion groups (with no pressure to talk you may just want to listen)
Talks include:
1. Who is Jesus?
2. Why did Jesus die?
3. How can I be sure of my faith?
4. Why and how should I pray?
5. Who is the Holy Spirit?
6. How can I resist evil?
7. Does God heal today?
8 How can I make the most of the rest of my life?
